President & Chief Executive Officer
Charles "Chuck" Jelloian is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The CrisCom Company. He is committed to providing all clients with highly effective programs that focus on governmental affairs, business and project development, strategic planning, corporate communications, public relations and marketing.
Chuck has worked diligently to establish The CrisCom Company as one of the nation's premiere governmental affairs and business development firms. Before founding CrisCom, he served as the Executive Director of The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and was responsible for the planning and development of the Historic Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Center for Public Affairs, located in Simi Valley, California. He hosted numerous national and international dignitaries, including British Prime Minister Lady Margaret Thatcher and Polish President Lech Walesa. Since then, Chuck has had the privilege of working with several other national figures.
In 1993, Chuck was appointed by Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan to serve on the Board of Transportation Commissioners. As Commission President, Chuck presided over the $130 million department and its 1600 full-time employees. In 2004, Los Angeles City Councilman Greig Smith appointed Chuck to the Design Review Board, which reviews all proposed applications for buildings and structures in the Chatsworth, California area.
Chuck began his career with State Senator Newton R. Russell, and has garnered numerous campaign victories for clients, including Senator Russell and retired Congressman Elton Gallegly.
A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Chuck earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and minored in Political Science. Chuck was named one of the Outstanding Young Men in America in 1986. He also has the distinction of being listed in the 1994 edition of Who's Who in California. In 2006, The CrisCom Company was recognized as one of California's "Small Businesses of the Year."
Chuck, widely recognized for his leadership skills, continues to play an important role in many political, social and philanthropic activities throughout California.
